Inspired by Florida’s Treasure Coast, this aged Demerara rum pays tribute to shipwrecks, survivors, and smugglers. We incorporate recovered silver into the process as a nod to the 1715 fleet. Rich, golden, and full of character.

American Single Malt
Our American Single Malt is made from 100% malted barley and aged in used bourbon barrels for a layered, grain-driven profile. Notes of toasted malt, cocoa, and oak carry through a structured finish. Named for Clarence Middleton of the Ashley Gang, reflecting a piece of Florida’s rough-edged past.

Upthegrove Light Whiskey
Upthegrove Light Whiskey carries a lighter profile with notes of honey, sweet grain, vanilla, and oak. Built to be approachable but full of character, it finishes clean with a touch of warmth. Named for Laura Upthegrove, known as the “Queen of the Everglades,” a figure tied to Florida’s outlaw past and remembered for her fierce independence.
