Florida Mule

Built with Vero Beach Vodka, fresh lime, and our house-made ginger beer. Zesty, refreshing, and finished with a bold, natural ginger kick.

Ray's Perfect Old Fashioned

Built the way we like it! Ray Lynn’s Reserve, a sugar cube, Angostura bitters, a splash of cherry, and expressed orange peel. Simple, balanced, and done right.

Gin Basil Smash

A fresh, garden-driven cocktail built with Hibiscus City Gin, basil, and lemon. Clean, citrus-forward, with a soft herbal finish.

Daquiri

A true classic done the IR Distillery way. Treasure Fleet Silver Rum, fresh-squeezed lime, and sugar. Simple, clean, balanced, and easy to drink.

Rum Old Fashioned

A coastal take on a classic. Treasure Fleet Gold Rum, Demerara sugar, and black walnut bitters bring depth and warmth with a long, rounded finish.

Espresso Martini

Built with Vero Beach Vodka, espresso, and house made coffee liqueur. Bold coffee flavor with a smooth, velvety finish.

Rum and Cola

Treasure Fleet Silver Rum topped with our house-made cola and fresh lime. Familiar, clean, balanced, and refreshing.

Tiki Swamp Tiki

A taste of the Florida backcountry. Treasure Fleet Rum, fresh-squeezed orange and lime, coconut cream, and orgeat come together for a rich, citrus-forward cocktail with a smooth, island-style finish.

We make everything in-house. And we mean it.
Fresh juices, house syrups, real ingredients, no shortcuts. Even the cola and ginger beer are made right here.

Whenever we can, we source from local Florida farms and friends. It’s simple. Better ingredients make better drinks.
